High season is in July, August, from December the 23rd to January the 6th.

Surcharge for late check-outis as follows:

till 3PM 30% of regular room rate
till 6PM 50% of regular room rate
after 6PM 100% of regular room rate

Surcharge for late check in after 22 hours (not communicated before) is 20 EUR.

Cancellazion and no-show policy

In case of no show or cancellation with advance less than 3 days, we will charge you the first night stay. The day before arrival we will ask an authorization on your credit card for the amount of the first night. The authorization will not substitute the payment, which has to be made regularly on departure. If the authorization is not successful we can cancel your reservation without permission.
